Preservation
The stains you cannot see are the ones that show up in ten years.
Cleaning and preservation, so the gown you spent months choosing does not quietly ruin itself in a closet.
Preserve your wedding dress, because having your gown properly cleaned and preserved is the only way to ensure the integrity — and the memory — of the dress stay intact.
Here is the part most people do not know: the damage is usually invisible on the day you put it away. Champagne, sugar, perspiration and the hem of a barn floor are all clear or near-clear when fresh. Left in a garment bag, they oxidise. Five years later you open the box and there are brown marks where nothing was.
Cleaning has to happen properly and reasonably soon after the wedding, and then the gown has to be sealed in materials that do not themselves degrade.
What we do
Clean it properly
Assessed by fabric and by what actually happened to it. A silk gown and a beaded polyester gown do not get the same treatment.
Seal it properly
Preserved in materials meant for long-term storage, not the plastic bag it came home in.
Tell you the truth
If a mark will not come out, we will say so before you pay for the attempt. And if your gown genuinely does not need the full service, we will say that too.
Bring it in whenever you surface
Sooner is better, but nobody is judging a gown that spent the honeymoon in a laundry basket. Bring it in when you get to it, and we will tell you honestly what state it is in.
Tell us what you’re dreaming about.
Come as you are, tell us what you’re picturing, and we’ll figure out how to make it happen — together. We call back within 24 hours.
