The venues are ordinary. The rooms are not.
A barn, a community hall, a winery, somebody’s machine shed. What we sell is the difference between the room you booked and the photograph you saved.
Most venues do not walk in looking like a wedding. They look like a blank slate, or a community building, or a barn that needs a little help. And this is where people get stuck — they start adding décor piece by piece, hoping it all magically comes together.
It is not more décor that transforms a space. It is the right foundation, in the right order, chosen for that particular room.
How a design comes together

Discovery
We learn the venue, the guest count, the palette, the budget, and what you actually care about. Not what Pinterest says you should.

The consult
We style our consult room to your inspiration before you arrive. You walk in and it already looks like your wedding, which is a much better way to decide than a mood board.

The plan
A complete décor plan for ceremony and reception. Tablescapes, focal points, layouts, and every piece named.

Setup
We arrive early and transform the room. Every candle, every runner, every charger.

Teardown
At the end of the night we break it all down and load it back into the trailer. You go home.
Setup and teardown
This is the part nobody pictures when they are planning, and the part everybody remembers afterwards.
Setting up a reception room properly takes hours and a team. Breaking it down happens at midnight, after a long day, usually by whoever loves you most and is least equipped to be doing it. We have watched a lot of mothers-of-the-bride carry candle holders to a car park at 1am.
When setup and teardown are ours, your people get to be guests. That is the entire argument.
